II. Interregional International Scientific Conference
The conference will be organised for the second time.
The aims of the conference:
The river Danube is an important link between the European Union and the countries planning to join the European Union. Thus, the European Union devotes a major role for the development of the river Danube, as one of the most important and busyest waterways of Europe.
This scientific international conference will provide a good opportunity to learn more about the socioeconomic and natural courses which are currently underway alongside the river Danube. The conference will also contribute to the definition of the objectives and directions of possible developments in order to provide the countries, regions and settlements along the river Danube with a major role in the European development processes.
The main aim of the conference is to explore and strenghten the cooperations of the countries situated along the river Danube, as well as to generate new projects and to expand and facilitate the international and interregional connections.
Beside the above mentioned goals, opportunity will be provided for the experts to exchange their experiences and to publish the result of their scientific researches.
